ATHLETE ACADEMY

The Athlete Academy is a structured, small-group training program focused on developing real game speed, explosiveness, and athletic confidence.
​​
Training runs in progressive 6-week blocks and emphasizes proper sprint mechanics, plyometric progressions, and functional strength training movements.
​
Rather than quick fixes or gimmicks, athletes learn how to move efficiently, produce force, and apply speed that actually transfers to sport.
​​
The next training block officially kicks off February 16th!

Sessions are highly coached, intentionally capped, and held inside our private training facility, allowing us to deliver a level of coaching and attention that simply isn’t possible in large group settings.

We're breaking athletes up into two groups:
Elementary School:
(4:00-5:00pm) Monday, Wednesday
​(8:00am-9:00am) Saturday
​
Middle School:
(4:00-5:00pm) Tuesday, Thursday
(5:15-6:15pm) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
(9:15-10:15am) Saturday​​​
